If the PTO side of the clutch is worn to the point where the shaft no longer spins, the clutch needs to be replaced IMHO. It's beyond adjustment.

You need to split the tractor and redo the clutch.

Best of luck. ....

Correct me if I'm wrong but the 825 PTO doesn't use a clutch. It uses a gear and band system ....

STANDING BEHIND THE TRACTOR ON TOP OF DIFFERENTIAL HOUSING. THEIR IS A 5 BOLT PLATE. REMOVE PLATE YOU WILL SEE 2 FLAT ENDED RODS STICKING UP. THE ROD CLOSEST TO BACK. TIGHTEN ROD UNTIL YOU HAVE 3/4 INCH CLEARANCE BETWEEN ENGAGEMENT LEVER AND BACK OF SLOT IN CAB. TOO MUCH CLEARANCE WILL MAKE IT NOT ENGAGE. IF YOU HAVE ADJUSTER BUFFER SPRING ON RH SIDE PUT IT BACK WHERE IT WAS ....
