Lost my Chinese manual. Power steering not functioning.
I suspect low fluid. Tried to turn knob under seat but
will only turn about 2 turns, Is this the PS filler?
If not where is it?

That knob varies the rate at which the rear lift drops. Power steering gets its fluid from the hydraulic fluid sump under the seat. Fluid is diverted to the steering by a priority valve that's located just forward and to the left of the brake pedals. That valve often gets dirty, subsequently failing to route fluid to the steering. .
One indicator that it's the PV is to try and steer and operate the rear lift at the same time. If that works, the problem is likely that valve. Removal/disassembly/cleaning/reinstallation is the usual remedy
Another common problem is cylinder bypass. That's when you turn the steering wheel and nothing happens, regardless of whether the engine's running or not. The steering wheel turns continuously in both directions, but the front tires don't budge. That's usually fixed with an inexpensive steering cylinder repair kit.

I have major feed back on the steering wheel.
I tried lostening the 2 hoses to the cylinder
and when turning wheel I get slow flow.
I will try the turn and use the lift at the same time
to see if it gets easier. Then I will have to
remove the PV and clean it out.
I'll let you know.

Question on the PV
Does the cylinder shaped housing contain the
pressure switch? Can I remove the bolt without having
a spring shoot out.
I plan on using some diesel fuel to clean the chambers out.
What about carb cleaner? ....

It can be disassembled without much drama. Just knowing there's a spring inside should arm you with sufficient caution. As for cleaning, I prefer kerosene. It cleans better than diesel fuel, and doesn't strip paint like carb cleaner or brake cleaner.

I did not remove the PV or the pressure switch
on this first go round. I use carb cleaner inside
and flushed it out a few times. I loosened the
hoses to the cylinder and bled out the fluid turning
the steering left and right. I then held the wheel in one
direction and tightened the hose.
Steering is not where it was but it is improved.
I will bench clean the PV when I get down time.
What type of hydraulic fluid should I use?
What type of trans fluid?
