Blower: if for the rear hitch (I think the 147 has one), the only problem is finding one small enough, which could be used through any source or new at any tractor dealer. A rear blade would be cheaper and simpler.

Muffler: a generic from a tractor shop or farm-equipment store, or OEM from one of the 100-odd Yanmar dealers.

Tires: if a farm-tire shop can't fix you up, a dealer again. But with new fronts and old rears, don't keep it in 4 when not on a slippery surface. ....
