I have a 284 Jinma and would not start no matter what I do Starter is draging, tray jupstart and 2 batteris but nothing, is doing the same. I remove starter and is working, it has new starter cables and new battery.

Combustion requires fuel and air. Have you confirmed the air filter is not clogged? Have you confirmed that fuel is being delivered to the injectors?

You haven't removed your loader or anything like that have you? If you don't hook the hydraulic pump hoses together when the loader is off, of if a quick coupler is malfunctioning, it will deadhead the pump and make the tractor very hard to start. And if it did happen to start it would probably bow up the pump. Something to check. ....

Than you, I find that the problem was the pump, I remuve the pump and the tractor started with no problem.
Now I am in the proses of rebulding the pump, I dismanteled and it had metal shaving inside the pump, so I am cleaning it and I am going to tray one more time. ....

No pump diagrams exist, or at least no one I've ever talked to has ever seen one. Nor have I ever heard of an injector shop that would tackle a Chinese pump. Stands to reason the two items are related.
Soundest option is a new pump, but what evidence do you base your "bad pump" conclusion on? I ask because - if you're wrong - you ain't gonna get much change back from $600 bucks. How frequently do you check/change the pump oil?

Thank you! The reson I want to change the hydraulic pum is that it had metal shaving inside, and the pump will not turn properly, oil was change 2 month ago. this is the second pump in tractor, I gust work on it I don't owned. ....

Oh, hydraulic pump. I asked about air and fuel, you said you needed to replace the pump. I assumed injection pump. Hydraulic pumps are considerably cheaper, and less complicated to install correctly. But you're not going to find a diagram for them either. As with the injection pump, you'll have a hard time finding a hydraulic shop that will tackle a Chinese pump. But at least a replacement won't cost you $600

I call and hydraulic pump cost $198, so I am going to buy the kit and rebuild the old one, so I can flush the sistem with it, and then replace it with the new one. Thank you for your time. ....

That is a very smart approach to the problem, I think. Use the rebuilt pump to flush with, then install a new pump to be sure you have full flow and pressure. That way you'll have the rebuilt pump available as an emergency spare if needed. ....
