Contact Bill Rogers at Valley Power Equipment 800-609-5110, web site http://www.satohparts.com. He will have the information you need. Bill can swap a rebuilt starter or have yours rebuilt. I just had a starter problem with a D2350 and Bill suggested I start by taking it to a local shop and they rebuilt it without any problem. ....

Thanks, I'll look into that. How many amps should this starter draw off the battery when trying to start a cold tractor? I have a new battery in it with a battery tender, I tried starting it last week and it cranked too slow to start. It also has new battery cables and new alternator and regulator. ....

Dose Anyone know how a starter switch wiring should be on a Satoh s630d Bull. I get lights to come on but not turning over. i know i have the batter connection right. but have the blue cable on the ST Bracket with a jumper to G1, G2 has the red and green wires to it and the IG bracket has Black and whit going to it. Any Help would be great...
