New Holland gear box problem

I have a 5 year old New Holland TC40. Recently it has been jumping out of gear into neutral. I now have to hold my hand on the stick shift to keep it in gear. Any suggestions as to what is wrong would be greatly appreciated?

This is the wrong place to post thins but I'll answer your question any way.

You have worn engagement dogs on your gears. What that is is four bosses that come off the back of the gear and is engaged by the following gear in four holes of that gear. These dogs are supposed to be strait and square when the get rounded the fail to hold under a load. This usually happens from operator error. ....
