They all have their place. What are your primary uses for the tractor? Who else will drive it?
Generally speaking I like hst, but you do give up a couple of hp for the convenience. Hydros are good for loader work (eacy forward/back), the gear types are a bit better suited for ground engaging work.
I can't comment about the quality of kioti's various offerings though. ....

I agree with KW, they all have their place. Myself I don't care for hydros, too much powwer waste, I've driven them but just never liked them. But I also know nothing about foreigh tractors. Frank. ....
