What is your opinion of this tractor...I got it with a finish mower and a 3-point tiller too....Also the color is kind of orange...I hear alot about grey tractors is orange the original color it looks like a factory paint job

I think your a little confused.
A 'grey' tractor is a "grey market" tractor, one not officially imported by the manufacturer, nor usually equipped to be in conformity with the requirements for use here.
It has nothing to do with the colour.
A good example is the Yanmar line, because they were adapted for the North American market and sold under other brand names, Yanmar themselves never imported them directly.
As a result, they usually have a much lower resale value since they can't be used commercially and parts can be hard to find sometimes.

Actually Yanmar had storefronts in the US almost to the end of the 90s. There was one right up the road from me in Evansville, IN. Right up till they closed up shop, you could get parts for US-spec machines, but they'd turn you down if you asked for a part for a grey market model.
My YM240 was a US-spec Yanmar. Its grey market equivalent would be the YM2000. The 1st two digits in the US models represent engine HP, as opposed to PTO horsepower in the grey market models. At least the ones that start with YM that is. Don't know much about the F- and FX- models
The John Deere dealers (around here anyway) must have agreed to abide by Yanmars grey market rules too. I could get some YM240 parts through them, but they'd turn a YM2000 owner away.

the paint sounds badly faded. You may be able to buff off the oxidized paint. There are products available to assist in this. ....
