From a purely engineering point of view, I'd say it would be tough to even fabricate the plow and mounting frame.

Since the plow needs to be mounted beneath the JD frame, the plow frame would have to be very wide and go around both sides of the front wheel, leaving enough room for the wheel to turn to steering lock each way.

That wouldn't leave much room for the plow blade to swivel.

After that, I'd say you would likely find serious traction issues. The idea of 4 rear wheels is to spread out the weight and reduce tire loading, snow plowing requires a more traction, not less.
