Got a motor grounding problem.. if you turn the key nothing happens, if you turn the key and rock back and fourth while sitting on it it tries to turn over but wont start. if you turn the key while sombody leans on the motor it starts all of this is on a cold start! after the mower is warmed up it starts fine??? I have pulled the motor bolts cleaned them and re torqued them with new lock nuts and it worked for two mowings now its back to needing a "leaner" anybody have any suggestions???

Get a $2 ground strap from an auto supply place and straight to the problem, put it between a starter mounting bolt and a clean spot on the frame rail.
By clean I mean really clean, if there is an existing hole, run a drill bit through it to clean the bore, then use a file or sandpaper to clean around the hole, then bolt it firmly. After bolting apply some type of coating like silicone caulking over the area to prevent rust.
Best of luck. ....
