This is the second time that I had this issue with my JD, It happened before and they told me that it was some module that had failed and they replaced it and the tractor workes just fine for me. Last night I was using it and it worked great up until I had shut it off and let it sit for about an hour or so. It was warm out at the time I tried to restart it. I checked all the basics, fuses, air filter hose let go, and ensureing that I had diesel after the pump, there is lots of pressure when cranking. The darn thing still won't start for me. So I am thinking that its something to do with the injectors, they are electronically controlled. Any ideas from you guys on what might be wrong?

Not sure what you mean by "air filter hose let go".
Diesels are pretty simple, in theory anyway. All it should need is clean, fresh fuel delivered at the right time, air, compression and an adequate cranking speed. If you've got air, compression and a good cranking speed it's a fuel or fuel delivery problem. You might get a can of WD-40 and spray it in the intake while cranking. If it starts on WD-40 and won't continue running then it's definitely a fuel or fuel delivery problem.
Does your manual have a troubleshooting flow chart for no-start conditions? This is what the tech manuals are for and they're pretty detailed - but expensive.
