My late 52 M has disc brakes. The adjustment is at the limit. The discs look quite good. The discs are 6.5" in diameter, 12 spline. The groves are still visable but I would like to know what the thickness would be on new ones.
The one disc I have removed measures .460 thousandth. Also
a supplier name would helpful.

Any and all info will be appreciated.

I don't have the specs here with me or one to compare it to but I do know the most common thing with them is glazing.
This gives you a good hard petal with little or no stopping power. The balls need to be rust free and the grooves they run in clean. The springs should not be stretched and of equal length.

When this happens you can often just rough all surfaces of contact and reinstall after cleaning. That is only with the hard full petal condition.. ....

Caught with an empty cupboard here this morning to check the exact one but the ones in our bin by a different part number are all 9/16h so by that I'd say you could be worn out! ....
