If I'm not mistaken, the 7304 and 7264 are the same tractors, with the exception of engine. I believe the 7264 had a gasoline engine in it. I could be wrong on this.
Provided this info is correct, both tractors were produced in 2003 and 2004.

I've never understood the model numbering systems some of the tractor manufacturers use.
If I'm not mistaken, your tractor is a 30 horsepower model, in the 7000 series of Cub Cadet tractors. That would explain the 730 portion of the model number. The last digit (4) may indicate the year it was produced.........but I'm only guessing here.
I have no idea how Cub Cadet does things, but this makes sense to me.

The Cub Cadet 7XXX tractor line is built for Cub by Mitsubishi. Mitsubishi has manufactured the Cub Cadet 7XXX line of tractors since 1993. The 7304 uses a Daihatsu engine. The gasoline counterpart uses a Kawasaki engine.
