Go BottomCub Cadet 1720 hydro transmission problem

I have a 1720 cub hydro. It will go forward, but will not move when you pull it down to go in reverse. Need help or any info what might cause this.

Does it go really fast in forward? if so the linkage might just need to be adjusted. ....

no it goes the normal speed.
