1st off, thanks to everyone for their advice on the BX for my lake front property. I would have killed it if I had bought one!!!!!! I looked at a B-21 last night, and I think this is the tractor for my needs. Price in Ontario dollars is $ 20 000, for a 2001 with 900 hrs. Could you advise on price and what this machine can do?? Thanks again
Yours truly, Ontario.

Have you thought about buying a full size backhoe or excavator? You could do the hard work and then sell it later. I bought some land and wanted to build a house on it. My first thought was a compact with a hoe but found it was cheaper to just buy a full size hoe. I bought a used Case 580K from an auction and the work I have done with it would have killed a Kubota. Up here in Northern VT it very rocky, I wouuld routinely be moving rocks of the size you had talked about wanting to move. Of course now that the bulk of the work is done and I could use a compact I'm facing the delema of do I sell the backhoe or not. Even today I was using it to push back 10 foot high snowbanks. ....

You could also have a backhoe on a B-2100! The 2100 will also dig but it would not begin to keep up with a B-21. Do be sure you get the three point hitch with it as some were sold without it. ....

Thanks all, I 'm going to look at a few B-21 on Tues. The going price in Ontario seems to be $ 18000.00 to $25000.00 Cdn, and they are pretty rare. Looks like this machines would have enough power to do what I need. My plan was to use and sell but I may get hooked and keep it for many years. Thanks again for your help. Will fill you guys in.....
