I am torn on whether to buy a new 4x4 tc40da HST w/ loader for $22,500 or go with a 03 TC40 HST 4x4 w/ loader for $15900 200hrs. What would you guys do?

Also, what are the main feature differences between the TC40 & the TC40DA? I appreciate the help in making this choice.

I bought my TC45D used with 100 hours on it. I paid about the same as a brand new tractor, EXCEPT that I got a 6' finish mower, 3PH log splitter, hydraulic dump wagon, rear blade, and a landscape rake included in the deal.
200 hours is nothing on one of these machines if they are taken care of. Save the $$ for attachments. I'll take the loader if you don't want it! :)

well enless you are going to buy it outright. you have to take into consideration the interest rate. I just bought a tc 55 brand new and had an interest rate of 1.9. I looked at the same tractor with 200 hrs on it for 3 thousand left with and interest rate of 10.0 so I bought new .. it ended up bieng cheaper... plus I got a 3 year warrenty. thats my two cents

6 of one vs 1/2 dozen of the other. Used prices take into account the unknown use to which the tractor has been put. If you are a knowledgable buyer then the used machine presents less risk for the money. ....

Buying new clinched the deal for me when it came to the interest rate---and the warranty too.

But if you have extra cash on hand and want a deal then buying used with all the goodies they are throwing in is such a deal. ....
