I just got a quote on a new 4320, and I'd like to know if it's a good price, and if I should go with the implements I've listed. I could go with other brands/prices for implements but I'm not sure if it's all that smart. This is my first tractor and I'll be using it on 40 hilly acres that are now bare and will have a horse facility. It can't do everything, but hopefully a lot that needs done.
The tractor price is $22K alone.

I'm also looking at a
JD 400X CP loader w/61" bucket and cutting edge
JD 673 74" tiller
JD 448 Backhoe w/12" bucket
Gearmore Box scraper with blade and rippers
Bush Hog 2102 w/down pressure and 9" auger

Advice, suggestions? I've got prices on all the implements too.

Are you looking to take care of horse arenas or leave the pastures to grass/field? The box blade is good, but you may also want to get a piece of chainlink fence to drag around afterwards as a final smoothing operation before planting grass. ....

Thanks for the idea. I've got a small harrow I can pull behind my quad for arena smoothing. Right now there's nothing but grass and hills. ....

As far as pricing goes a good rule of thumb is to ask for 20% off MSRP. Some dealers won't budge but getting 10% off is reasonably common. The JD website will allow you to build & price and give you MSRP prices. ....
