Model 770 loader has slow working hydraulics. Any suggestions, solutions? or is this standard procedure?

It is normal for the hydraulics to be slow in the lower half of the RPM range. ....

You don't really give enough info for anything but a guess-timate, but assuming you mean they are slow ALL the time, it may be that you have marginally enough pump volume to run the amount of cylinder you have, or that you have a restricting orifice installed to stop or reduce cavitation in the system. Cavitation is when air bubbles are created in the system because it easier to suck air from the reservoir than to move the hyd. fluid at the flow rate the system is asking for it, the result is a 'sponginess' to the hydraulics, or may appear as a 'weakness' such as a loader that will not lift the front wheels of the tractor off the ground.
