Does anyone know anything about these mowers regarding their quality and reliability?

I just recently bought an 84" First Choice (rear discharge) finish mower.
It looks to be a very nice, well built mower.
I am still waiting on my grass to begin growing to see how it works.
I think I am going to like this mower just fine..

I bought a 72" First Choice Finishing Mower 2 years ago. It was noisy running from the first day. I kept it well greased (every 4 to 6 Hours) (Book calls for 20 hrs) The rear blade to pulley spindle failed completely and literally came apart in my hands the first time I mowed this year. I ordered one from my dealer (Hoye Parts, Inc) and about a week later it came from Smart Buy in NC. (Cost $350.00) I replaced it and the mower runs as quiet as any mower I've ever used. It mows level and neatly with good power consumption of the NH 1530 which I use to pull it. It's light weight which allows the use of a larger mower with smaller tractors.

Recommendations: IF you have a noisy journal or gear box, get it replaced immediately. If you need parts, expect to pay a premium price since it is made in Italy and parts come high and slow at best. Good Luck. ....
