Is there anyone that can say anything about Montana Tractors? There are so many tractors out there, it gives me a headache. Looking for 30-36 hp, 4wd, shuttle shift, with loader? Any suggestions. Don't want to pay for a just the namebrand.

IMHO, the days of not paying for a name are history. IMHO, only those mfg's--not just tractors---that are trying to make a place for themselves in the market cut their prices---and more often than not there is good reason they have to--reliablilty, warranty, quality issues, service, etc. As I learned from my (automotive) background, the Corporate motto is "charge whatever the market will bear". SO if someone is offering something out of line price-wise from the competition---ask why. ....

I did a little looking on the web and stopped to look through the fence once. They opened a dealer near here and another toward Florence AL.
They are a import company that is selling tractors built by LG out of south Korea. The engines are Mitsubitsi and Daedong. Mitsubitsi are sold here as grey market and new as Club Cadet. Daedong is sold here as Kioti.
I am not sure what the prices are like but would compare to the Kioti. What I saw of them I did not think they were as clean in fit and finish as the Kioti, Deere or Malhindra built in Korea.
Kioti is like Kubota in that it builds all the components for their machines. Only the largest have do not their engines but Perkins diesels.
LG is a big company. They build everything from electronic to injection molding machines, like Hyundai. The only problem is the trading company. At some time LG will likely decide to squeeze out the traders. This is what has happened in electronic and what happened with Kioti. ....

Montana has some quality tractors. Many are built by LS, (formerly LG), in South Korea, and known as the 40 series. LG previously had tie-ups with Mitsubishi, Fiat and still do with New Holland. (In S.Korea, there are LS-New Holland tractors available). LS also builds tractors for Tafe and Farmtrac (previously Long).

The 60 series are built in Romania by UTB (Universal Tractors, previously sold as Long tractors and Longtrac, and basically Fiat designs).

The 70 series are built in South Korea by TYM, (Tong Yang Moolsen), which has tie-ups with Same and Case IH. The model sold by Montana actually has a John Deere engine. TYM tractors are sold in North America as TYM, Mahindra, Scorpion and previously as Millenium.
