Hey Mark,

7X30 is doing fine. It is exactly like you remember it. I am going to order a tang sight for it however. I don't want to scope it and I am having increasing problems with iron sights. (Far Sighted) I use a 7mm Mag Winchester 70 Classic SS for my elk gun however. The local authorities frown on shooting firearms in my neighborhood.

I have an interesting PCP air gun that is OK. It is from a company called FX and it has an eight shot rotary magazine and uses scuba tank air. It will shoot a 25 gr .22 cal pellet at nearly 800 fps (almost silently). That is more than adequate for the average varmit.

Currently this year, we have had a lot more rain, rabbits, foliage and coyotes. It was either one of them or a loose dog that damaged my tractor. It bit through and pulled off the fuel hose and I lost a full tank of diesel.

I have a contractor working on a new shop building. It will be 2400 sq ft. This is the third contractor that I have worked with on this project. They must be busy to not have to follow up or complete a job. This one seems OK though. (Of course the others did too, at first.)

....

Great to have you back Mike! Sounds like you have been busy. I am in the process of selling my house as well. Moved to a ranch further out in the country. Do you still have the TC45? How did that antenna project turn out? Last time we traded emails, I believe you were still working on it. Anyhow, great to hear from you and that you are doing well. ....

I am going to post a picture of the finished tower in my Picture Area of this website. I still have the TC45. I have been putting up another set of radio towers. These are fixed guyed towers at 95 ft and 65 ft. I dug all the foundation holes with the TC45 backhoe and moved the heavy stuff around. ....
