Looking at 2005 Cub 7532, hydrostatic, 4wd at about $13k. Anyone own one? What was this model previously in the late 1990's? Seems like a great value compared to the competitors. The only downside is for mowing, I would have to use a rear finishing mower. Would this 32hp tractor run a 84" finishing mower, or should I stick to a 72"? I have 4 to 5 acres to mow, grade road, dig post-holes, move snow and do landscaping. Seriously thought about buying a 5234 with 60"mmm but not sure if that is the best buy in the long run. Sure would be a lot cheaper, and I like the hydro pedals on the 5234 vs. rocker pedal on 7532. Any thoughts?

Chris, both those tractors are working good in the field. The 84" mower I'd feel would be a little much for around this area to handle and I'd stick with the 72". ....

I have a 5234D. I liked the tractor when I first got it. Have had 2 1/2 years put 86 hours on it. It has been in the shop for weeks and months at a time. New front end and way to much work on the tranny ( 5 times). The tractor is the worst investment I have ever made. If Cub Cadet doesn't replace the tractor this time it will be an expensive planter until it is paid off and I can get a Kubota. ....
