All of a sudden the starter motor will not kick in. Batteries are all OK but no action from starter motor - not even a click. What should I be diagnosing first and how. How do I jump start it bypassing the ignition switch? How can I test if the solenoid is getting power?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest clean all 4 ends of the main battery terminals. Most people do not check the where the ground connects to the tractor, or where the positive connects to the starter.
On the starter solenoid there should be 2 wires connecting. On big from the positive on the battery, one small one from the starter circuit. Clip a test light to the small wire with other end to ground. Turn the key to start (or start button or switch.) If you do not get light then there is an electrical problem from the switch to the starter.
Testing: Put the trans in neutral. No really make dog gone sure is in neutral. Connect remote start switch from any parts store, one wire to the small, other to the battery positive. If you press remote start and the tractor turns over, then the connections to the battery and ground are OK. ....

that doesn't look like a big issue, like can be solved easilty
For the solenoid to do anything it has to be getting power when you turn the key. If you know the location of the solenoid put a voltmeter on the terminal from the key and see if you have voltage when the key is turned. You could have a defective or dirty key switch or a loose wire between there and the starter. Mice like to chew wires, too.
you can also try this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RlT_1WHPtZ4
or u can also get some reference manual if this doesn't work... go to reliable-store, or bitmanual. tractor manuals should always be kept handy !! thse area good start ....
