Tinkering, 50 acre farm, sheep cattle, run holiday camp set up for overseas visitors, 2 teacher family, I like building also run tourist operation, like to keep busy and meeting people.

Equipment:
Will own a Jinma 354 soon with 4 in 1 loader, backhoe, mower. Have an old Massey which has seen better days. Have an old Bedford crane, usual garden equipment and wood working machinery.

Property:
Produce fat lambs and fine merino wool 17m or less. Cattle are for visitors to feed etc. Typical Australian rural outlook plenty of space and no one to bother you, but everyone there to lend a hand if needed.
