An old timer told me that on a problem tree like that you could build a hot fire on the side of the tree that you want to make it fall. I am not sure I would want to spend that much time under a tree like yours building a hot fire :-( . That leaves you with just waiting for it to make its move on its own schedule.

Had the same problem. Had my carb over hauled by an old John Deere expert. No it starts ok. The power adjustment on bottom of carb will need to be adjusted the get things working correctly. It may take a bit of tweeking.
