I need some info about a green star rototiller.No one I've talked to has ever heard of this brand or know where to find any parts for it.I need #'s for the forward and reverse belts or sizes.Any info would be greatly appreciated,thank you.

If they are v-belts, they probably aren't specific to the machine. V-belts just come in lengths and widths. The specs usually are printed on the outside of belts and often can be read even on an old belt. However, small engine repair shops have belt gauges and can tell you what you need from an old belt--one might even be in stock. Automotive stores also have belt gauges, but they might carry narrow enough belts. If I didn't have the old belts, I'd take the machine to a small engine shop (same people also usually work on boat engines). At least for the shop I use, it wouldn't cost much more for the mechanic to figure out which belts were needed and put them on than to just change the belts. It's a good small engine shop we've got around here. ....

I have a greenstar tiller. It is a front tine with 3.5hp brigs vertical shaft. I need a few parts also. The tag on the frame says it was made by TSC, Chicag, Il. TSC is Tractor Supply Co. Look at their tillers on their web Page. I saw one that looks similiar to mine. ....
