value on this unit

I am looking at a case 648 with a loader and a backhoe. it is a 48 " all hydraulic loader, the backhoe (model D100) has a digging depth of 6', it is hydrostatic 2 wheel drive. it is need of a 18HP engine (engine is bad) The back hoe is is excellent shape (previous owner purchased new and dug graves with it) it is connected using 4 bolts, if the unit is bad it would not take much work to adapt to a compact tractor or skid loader.what would be a fair price for a unit like this? any one have experience with units like this?
