Is Belarus a reliable tractor?

I came across a Belarus Tractor that is part of foreclosure. Never heard of them so I do not if it could be a good deal, or should I keep looking.

It is not a bad machine at all. But the price needs to be great, and you need to be better than average mechanically to keep her going.

And you need to be willing to rummage for parts. JMOO ....
