Cub Cadet AGS2140 will not crank over

Hello. I have a Cub Cadet AGS2140 that will not crank over with the key but will crank when power connected direct to the starter. I have replaced the ignition switch, and the battery is fully charged. I am not sure what to check next

Generally speaking that issue is a safety switch preventing the starter from engaging.

Look at all the basic stuff first, PTO left engaged, clutch and / or brake switch if so equipped, seat switch, etc., etc. also look for any switches that may have gotten accidentally unplugged.
