I Have a471 Massey Ferguson 4WD, Shuttle Trans, IPTO, and 2 remotes.
When I Start it it takes 10 to 15 minutes for power steering to work Then it's fine. Also, air pressure builds in transmission. If you pull hydro dipskick it blows oil out. I changed oil and filter and cleaned screen in bottom of trans. Any suggestions?

Clogged breather in the system could cause both problems ....

Could be clogged breather. Don,t know where to look for it ....

Did change hydro filter. Doesn't have steering filter ....

Does it have a seperate powersteering pump? The parts book showa a pump & filter under "steering lines & filters" ....
