Hi,
I'm seriously considering on purchasing a 4366. So far, I don't know much about it, other than it has not run in several years. It's located in a southern state and has very little rust. I do know that it has a three point hitch and all 8 tires hold air.
It would fun to have it around, especially if I can avoid sinking $10,000+ in repairs to it. Looks like it was well taken care of when it still ran. If I could get it running where it sits now, it would sure save a lot of trouble.
Does anyone on here own a 4366 or similar IH tractor? This thing would sure be fun to plow and even enter in a parade.

As an addicted Farmall restorer I can gurantee it wiii get expensive.
A lot depends on how far you want to go with the old four wheeller.
I still have a couple of five thousand dollar "H" Farmalls. They started out as 500 dollar "H's" but after total restoration, new tires, Paint, on and on they suddenly became five thousand dollar "H's", and this was before tires became really expensive.
At one time I had a dozen or more in all stages of restoration from total junk heaps on up to total restoration. I sold the rest of the "Herd" on our farm auction in 07 along with a couple hayracks of parts. They aren't for sale, "yet", The one I'd like to keep in the family, It was my Dad's H.
I guess I almost forgot the "Cub", ot is complete head to toe inside, but needs tires and paint yet, It just never ends once you are addicted.
So anyway I guess what I'm saying is I've never got into anything as big as your 4366 to restore, but like my "H"'s it would be easy to have three times what it's worth tied up before you are done. I think you mentioned the tires are good, eight new ones would eat up the biggest share of the 10K you are talking about spending.
