NH TC26DA right size and price check

I am looking for a small tractor to maintain about 7 acres of open land.
I found a 2005 NH TC26DA with 46 hours of use. Pristine condition. Has a front mounted blade and a 4' finish mower.
They are asking $11,500. Is this a good deal? I am not familiar with tractor prices

Tractor prices vary from area to area so your question is a arge one.
On a seperate note, most people get a loader for year around versatility for chores. ....
