Oil pressure will run about 7-9 psi at low idle up to around 35-40 psi at full rpm. Coolant temp should be 180 degrees. Either too high or too low is not good. Radiator cap should be 7 psi. ....

Assuming you have metric markings on gauges and cap, temp is graduated in degrees Centigrade. Oil pressure is in MegaPascals, radiator cap in Bar (atmospheres).
Thermostat: 80C (some have 72C)
Radiator cap: 0.3 or 0.5 Bar
Oil temp: up to 0.4 MPa cold start
0.2-0.3 MPa warm (at speed)
at least 0.04 MPa warm (idle)

Pretty much the same. One difference though, 2 cylinders can be made to idle much lower than the 3 cylinders we've been talking about here. Idle spec on them is typically between 600 and 900 rpm. I've had thumpers that could idle far far slower than that. Having said that, let's hope yours has an oil pump that's efficient at those low revs - or else make sure your idle speed is set high enough to maintain at least 6-7 PSI (0.05 MPa minimum)
