hi, need the creeper gear unit three planet gears and the planet gear carrier, as well as the bushing for my 1976 Cub 185 Lo-Boy. Does anyone have these available??

Some of those parts are available through Cub Cadet but some are not listed as current. Your dealer could help you find out if everything you need is still available.
The planitary gears are about 28 a piece.
We have removed some units when destroyed and installed the drive shaft to eliminate the reducer as we only really found them needed for snowblowers. ....

Thanks Art. I have checked several IH dealer website parts inventories online and I have found a few who have the planet gears, but nowhere have I been able to find the planet gear carrier. I don't think IH has a centralized parts inventory system to locate parts like these in some obscure corner of the US. I will have to call and see what they say. If you come across what I need puleeeeeze let me know. Thanks! ....

With many of these tractors the need for the creaper drive with out a snowblower or tiller goes away and they have been converted back to a simple three speed.
This can be done and would still give you a good reliable tractor for most chores. ....
