On the right side of a tractor Yanmar 2210 D in the right brake pedal is a lever that appears to be driven by the heel or hand, and that role seens to have brake.
I can explain what someone actually does this lever?
Thanks in advance!

I'm not clear from your description but if it's at the pedal it's the hold-down. Move it one way and when you depress the pedal it holds it; move it the other way and it releases it.

Now I see that in your heading you have it under the seat. If it's for the hand it could be the 3-point-hitch height control or stop valve. If it's to be pressed by the heel it's the differential lock.

I'd need a better description. Or you could get a manual. ....

Hello!
What is the best option; to block differential when one wheel skates?,or stop the tractor, block differential and continue walking.
If block the differential when wheel skates while risk to break someting?
Thanks! ....

No, and if you operate that pedal incorrectly, something expensive can break. I'll quote from the manual:

"When one wheel starts to spin, engage differential lock by depressing pedal. Unequal traction will keep the lock engaged. When traction equalizes, lock will disengage itself by spring action. If lock does not disengage, depress one brake pedal and then the other. If tires repeatedly slip, then get traction, then slip again, hold pedal in engaged position.

"Do not operate tractor at high speed or attempt to turn with lock engaged. Do not engage lock when one wheel is spinning and the other is completely stopped.

"If pedal is not smoothly engaged, keep foot lightly on it until lock collar aligns to the grooves of ring gear. Never depress the pedal forcibly." ....

Does your 2210 (I don't know that model) have the "powershift" system, that is, a control to the left of the steering wheel that you use to shift into reverse, neutral, and forward gears 1, 2, and 3?

If it does, the floor lever would be the "range" selector. It gives you five speed ranges (the C would be for the extra-slow "Creeper" gear), within each of which you have the three forward and one reverse speeds from using the powershift.

There may also be a floor lever that lets you select 3 or 4 PTO speeds. The slowest would turn the PTO at 550 RPM when the engine is a bit below the maximum.
