This goes to Ishaffer, I have the same problem that Rshurtleff has, my tractor is P21F 19 hp. I can't read Japanese so I need to find an owners manual for this model or something very similar...In English

As I posted in another thread several months ago.....
"I also have a P21F. It is very similar the the Ford/New Holland 1320 - 1520 - 1720 series (which were built by Shibaura), but with a slightly different combination of components than any one of the Fords. Most of the operating controls are the same if you get a 1520 operators manual. The electronic control computer for the 3 pt lift and aux. (tilt) hydraulics are unique to the Shibauras. There are some photos with translated labels of an different model Shibaura on (I think) the yahoo gray market tractor club. They were helpful in figuring out how mine work."
