The cylinder needs air, compression and fuel delivered with the correct timing. It might be interesting to swap injectors and see if the problem changes. ....

The one that changes the engine sound is the good one. The one that does not - replace it

Well, I swapped places with the injectors and the problem didn't follow to the other cylinder, so I took a look at the glow plug and found the ceramic insulator cracked.....I will get that replaced and see what happens. Thanks for the help!! ....

Don't take this to the bank, but it may be kinda like on a gas engine. You can pull certain spark plug wires and the engine still will idle smoothly, while another will make it skip. I think it's just a matter of the timing of the engine and really no problem at all. ....

Yes I know I was just hoping you would respond. Lol. Mine is lacking power and I creaked the nut on that injector and it did not change a thing. Not much pressure coming out of that side of pump. Can't really find a model on pump or break down on it to dig deaper ....

Have you checked your valve setting on the bad cyl. ? or both cyls. intake & exhaust valves
you cold have one or both out of adjustment
does it have a compression release it could be hung on one
cyl. but you should hear it, the exhaust would sound funny ....
