Ford 4500 king pin

Help. I have a Ford 4500 backhoe (which I would think is set up like a 4000). My king pin/bushing is worn and I need to service it, but I can't figure out how to remove the pin. The only thing that seems to be holding it in the front axle is pressed-in (?) stud. What do I do? Thanks!
