Thanks, I guess it is a no brainer for a difference of $900. I do have another question for you. A JD dealer in my area says I can get a 24hp with loader for 15,5000 and the Kioti ck25 with loader is 14,900, is the kioti still a better choice? Is there a true american utility tractor out there? ....

Depends what model JD your dealer is talking about and what you want to do with the machine.
The JD 2305 is 24 HP. I believe it is considered a sub cut.
There would be a considerable size, weight, capacities differances between it and a CK 25. So which machine would work best would depend largely on what you plan to do with it. ....

There is no CUT that is completely an American tractor. Just like there is no car in that is a competely American. The amount of American parts and labor in the CUT varies. I am not sure what would be the highest. The only CUTs with an American engine name are the Challengers and the Cubs (CAT). I am not sure where they are made. Something like a Ventrac or Power Trac are nearly everything but the engine and could be near all if the engine's a Briggs. Although Briggs is making some engines in Japan.
Vince has stated the difference between the JD and the Kioti. One is less than 1/2 the weight of the other. The JD is more of a sub compact. ....
