Can someone please tell me the correct procedure for connecting up implements to a 3 point hitch.---Which do ya connect first. The tube assby--- Or the 2 other pins? Is there a link on here---a tutorial perhaps---Have Googled to no avail.
I only do this 4-6 times a year ---most of the time have real Battle doing it.
The disc harrow is a Nightmare to hook up.

You're not the only one with this problem. That's why there's so many different quick-attachment devices to make it easier.
A few tractors have a "creeper" gear. The design purpose was for a slow backing into the implement. And some models like the Kioti have telescoping lower arms and I think controls at the rear so you can adjust them to the attachment.
It's best to prepare for attaching when you're detaching. As you take the implement off, rig up a stand or some blocks that will hold it in the attached position. To put it back on, just back up to it and it's all ready.
As for which of the three places to connect first, whatever works the easiest. ....

Connect the lower lift arms first, finish with the toplink. Sounds like you could use a set of Pat's Easy Hitches. They pin to your lower lift arms, but are open at the top (like a hook). You back them under the implement lift pins, then just raise up the lift arms to hook up. Then pin the toplink, and you're done.

Agree with Greg's thoughts. The negative I have seen with with those of Pat's design has been you are moving the load further back (lift capacity and light front end) and pto shafts may need to be longer.
For me connecting the lowest lift pin on the implement and then using the lift itself to slowly life to get the higher pin to line up. Yes, the third arm is the last connect to make and the first to disconnect.
Think Auerback said the next easy hook up begins with proper disconnect...he is so right. Get both tractor and implement level and make sure lift arms will lower below the pin height before you cut loose. No fun to have to lift something to have to connect it. ....
