A neighbor who is moving is selling his JD 855 Tractor (not sure what year it is) that has 602 hours w/#704 Loader, 261 Finish Mover, 5' Bushhog, Post Hole Digger with 2 augers 6" & 10" - all of which is kept outside & not covered. Is $10,000 are reasonable price for all this.

Tom, That would be a #70A loader. That sounds like a good price. If it was kept outside it may not look pretty but with only 602 hrs. thats a very good price. about 6 weeks ago I sold my 1988 755, 800 hrs. the same finish mower, a 4' bush hog and a #52 loader for $11,200. David ....

It really seems to be in good physical shape and just needs a good cleaning/basic servicing. The only obvious areas with rust are a portion of the foot decks on either side of the seat.

Tom, The paint wear on the foot rest is very normal. The early 55 series had problems with the paint sticking. Paint is nothing, if the machine was take care of machaniclly, It sounds like a great deal. David ....
