Has anybody ever owned a Woods/Gill super turf Renovator? I would like to buy one but the price is kinda scary. Is this thing that good and work that sweet. If anybody has one, please let me know how it works.

I don't understand why this is so expensive? It's just a pulverizer with a seed box on top right??
Couldn't you do the same thing with a $1,000 aerator and a spreader??
Does it really break up the soil or just poke holes in it for the seed??
THANKS for any help, trying to decide whether to spring for one or not. (to have for commercial work) ....
