I am interested in a Grand L 4630 and want to know if anyone has been on it or heard anything about it. I started with the 2910 and it just does not have enough horse power for chipping on a PTO.

What's the word on the 4630?

I committed to purchasing one if the dealer can locate one 15 minutes ago. If the dealer can't find one I will be purchasing a 4330 for 1200 less. Same exact tractor different horsepower. Are the 3 extra horsepower worth 1200 dollars extra price?

Thanks ....

Have you guys compared and tested the John Deere 4710 against the 4630? The 4630 looks like a good tractor but compare it against something in its class and go with the one you like best. I can email you some comparison info. if you would like. It shows the 4710, TC45D, L4630, & L5030. ....

As I mentioned on a related thread, I purchased a 4330
recently and am impressed with it. So far I have used
the FEL and the rototiller. It is quiet and the HST is
really efficient for loader work. My son is 6'4 and
really likes the operator room and the reclining seat.
As far as ergonomics, the Kubota is superior. As I also
mentioned, in my area the Kubotas outnumber the JD and
NH by a good margin in the commercial orchard and
farm operations here. ....

Botics, did you get the comparison info.? I think Kubota has some too. Gotta look at both sides of the comparison since they all bias it to their advantage. ....
