Anyone got an Idea how I might attach a Rear view mirrow on my 4110 with 2 sided tape or would it hold? Oh while I'm on I might as well say I bought a Miller 200a Mig welder for $50.00 with a spool gun and regular gun! I know you don't believe me but just ask my wife. When I told her how much: she said I would never get my money back. She's right on that!
The things you guys have taught are really helpful for the old man!

Jonesiera; Check with Deere they have a mirror kit for the 43-4410 series, and likely have one for the 4110 too. I don't remember the cost, but it was'nt too bad. You get new grab handles for the fenders and a mirror for each side that fastens to the new handle. My old neck doesn't swivel quite as good as it did 30 yrs. ago so I really would miss not having them. Best of luck. Frank. ....

I like that Idea! I have a Canopy on the 4110 and someone said I could get mirrows that attach to it? Hey I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one that can't turn their head around. I torn down two fences backing up. Ha Ha
By the way I looked at the picture of your Welder, and can a person buy the gas cylinder for welder as I don't want to rent one?

Sounds like a great price for the welder. The only time I see ones go that cheap is when they are 460 volt or 3 phase that cannot be changed and all the bidders are just residential users, it is the same with power tools and hoists. You can buy a gas cylinder and it is the only way I do it. I just can't stand renting anything. ....

Yes, I own the cylinder for the welder. It has a title just like Oxygen and Acetylene cylinders. First I wanted the rear view mirrors for road travel which they are great for, but now I find myself depening on them for backing up while mowing or most any shuttle work. Sometimes the simple things like a set of mirrors can help more than we ever thought. Enjoy your day. Frank. ....

I think a mirror would be a great addition to any tractor, I am thinking of using 3/4 or 1" square tubing and a replacement mirror for a truck to put on mine, It would sure save a lot of neck strain for the stiffer generation. If I can get it posted , I will show you my idea of mounting mine just inside and down a couple inches in the FEL upright, that way a couple of small bolts will hold it. and I should be able to reach it to tighten them up.. just a paint drawing but shows the idea.. Love them Kids, pics are a pain till you learn how to resize and change formats.. I do think this mirror idea will work for most tractors, not just my red one.. JohnJ ....
