I GOT WATER LEAK FROM THE ENGINE BLOCK I TOOK THE HALL ENGINE OUT ,I OPEN FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE ENGINE I RUN WATER THROW WITH AIR THAN THE WATER START COMING FROM THE BLOCK.IS THEIR ANYWAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM OR I NEED NEW BLOCK THANK YOU.

If the leak is from a blown freeze plug, just put the plug back. If it's from a crack, there are welding companies that say they can fix it. Try googling "engine block crack." ....

please explain this part. If I'm to understand correctly, you took "something" out, ran pressurized water in whatever kind of hole it left, and got water coming out the "bottom".

So I really gotta ask; is there any way you can provide a better description of the problem? Photos perhaps?
