Order 700+ seedling and transplant trees (1-2') from the internet.
Planted them on the one corner of my farm.
100 Serbian Spruce
100 Norway Spruce
100 Colorado Blue Spruce
100 Black Hills Spruce
50 Austria Pine
25 Fraser Fir
25 Douglas Fir
35 Japenese Black Pine
100 Japenese Red Leaf Maple
15 American Hazenut
15 Chinese Chestnut
20 White Flowering Dogwood
20 Crabapple
20 River Birch
Just want to give a try. So far most of them alive.
The dirt is acid. PH 4.5. I think it is good for evergreens. Others may need add some lime.

Nobody gets 100% survival.
How are you going to dig them up? If you have a tractor, muscles or helpers, and time, I recommend the Tree Toad spade. Not costly and heavy like hydraulic spades, comes in 4 sizes, and can mount on the rear hitch so after you pound in the spades, the tractor does the lifting and moving. ....

We get about 25% survival on our Western Red Cedars, mostly because of hungry deer. As far as digging them up... we use a chainsaw and a backhoe :)

Yes, that looks like the treetoad site. They're in Minnesota as I recall.
You may not sell them for two years (I should think a bit longer than that), but you could use that spade to root-prune them in the meantime, to make them easier to transplant and increase the survival rate. ....

What is your plan on the trees? Are you growing them to sell later for transplanting, are the evergreens being grown for Christmas trees?
Chiming in with Yooperpete, some trees don't do well in certain soil types either.
Have no idea in your area, but here (southern US) we have a disease that moves back and forth between evergreens and hardwoods that kills cetain evergreens if very close to the hardwoods. kt ....
