Average? As a homeowner with definite projects up front, I did 200 the first year, 100 the second, 75 the third. Seems I may be asymptotically approaching 50 per year. ....

The latest one is turning 200 hours at 34 months, so 70 is a good yearly average for me. Seems like the other two stacked up hours at the same rate.

50-70 hrs per year for me. Depends on weather conditions. Last summer had a drought. So I didn't have to mow for over a month. Same this winter. Maybe 2 hours this winter instead of 10+.
If I have a job through the year, I'll have higher hours due to outside projects. If I don't, then I'll have lower hours as I conserve finances. ....

Chipuren, it would be interesting to know whether a CUT is used for mowing and whether there is any commercial use on the CUT.
OK - too late now - that is just the statistician talking in me :) It seems the numbers coming in are fairly consistent for a high level assessment. ....

ncrunch, Its not to late.
Yes I use my tractor for mowing (the lawn and the field)
No comercial use.
Now that some of my larger tractor projects are finished I look for my yearly hours to come down somewhat from 190/year to around 130 to 150 hours per year

Well, since you asked.....
The only cutting the CUT is used for rough cutting only, I have dedicated turf machines for finished cutting.
The machine at home was to be personal use only, but once people know you have it the jobs just start to appear, and it's not like I can refuse seat time too easily.
Best of luck. ....
