I HAVE A SHIBAURA SU1140, IM LOOKING FOR A FACTORY TYPE TILLER THAT USES A SPECIAL SIDE MOUNTED PTO,THE PTO COMES OFF THE SIDE OF THE TRACTOR RATHER THAN THE REAR AND I BELIEVE IS CHAIN DRIVEN? IVE HAD SOME ONE CALL IT A SIDE WINDER TRACTOR? ANY HELP? THANKS ROD..

Hey, did you find one of those goofy tillers yet? I think a friend of mine in Texas has one, He also has one of those tractors with a gear box converter so the darn thing is made into a regular PTO! If you are in the Houston area I can refer you to him, if you aren't it'd probably be a waste of your time otherwise. ....

Hi Rod B, Did you get that tiller. I was wondering how you went with the PTO also. I was handed a Shibaura to pay a small debt back. The kids love it, but to have them slashing the place as they go would be great.
I have asked "Cowlitz Tractor" about them Gear Box Converter", sound just the thing.
There are tag-a-long tillers available.
