I have a 1985 shibaura sd 4043 tractor, I am in need of some little assistance! the steering wheel is leaking fluid. does any one know the cause of this. I pulled off the steering wheel and I pulled out the rubber bushing, some one told me this is the problem but i do not see how this prevents the fluid from escaping. if you have any other information i would love to hear it thank you !
