Hello everybody,
I have bought three years ago a second hand shibaura SD1800. this is equipped with a twin cylinder diesel engine. On lower left engine block the following number can be found : LET802C M811 1005cc which looks to me, if not the part number, to be the engine model.
Does anybody know more about this engine and where I can find some technical, service and parts manuals concerning this engine ?

I have one also and all I know is that my Sd 1800 Holds 4.5 qts of oil in crankcase and you can use a Fram PH16 oil filter and it works fine.I have had no trouble out of mine and I use it alot I believe on the next oil change I will use Rottella synthtic oil.I have been using Rottella 15- 40 with good results.I change The oil alittle more than they recommend but that never hurts.If you Know an air filter that workds please tell me. ....

Hello,
Still not have find an equivalent air filter for SD1800 but still searching.
May be check with outer and inner diameter dimension and height dimesion : outer dia is 190 mm, inner dia is 110 mm and height is 70 mm.
....

Hello,
After some research, I think you can try this air filter for your sd1800, try ref CA2675 from FRAM (Height is 69 mm, inner dia is 111 mm and outer dia is 188mm.
Hope this will help you. Sorry for late finding.

Just go to this site : http://www.fram.com/products/airFilters.php , click on check availability for your vehicule and enter the ref ca2675. You will find the filter, its characteristics and also the equivalent in other brand.
Just try it. ....
